Corporate Policy and Procedures for Compliance
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act,* entourageedge.com has adopted the following policy toward copyright infringements:
"entourageedge.com will block access to and/or remove any material that it believes in good faith to be copyrighted material that has been illegally copied and submitted to our site."
This policy shall cover all aspects of the entourageedge.com Site, including User Content (as that term is defined in the Terms of Usage).
Procedure
for Reporting Copyright Infringements:
Submit
a formal Notice of Copyright Infringement containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyright that is being infringed;
- Specifically where the infringements are located on the Site and information reasonably sufficient to allow entourageedge.com to locate the material on the entourageedge.com Site;
- Who is complaining and how he or she may be contacted (name, address, telephone number and e-mail address (if available);
- A statement of good faith belief that the material is infringing;
- A statement made under threat of perjury that the information provided is accurate and the complaint is authorized by the copyright holder; and
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Once this information is received, the following action will be taken:
- The alleged infringing material or site will be blocked pending resolution.
- We will use good faith efforts to notify the alleged infringing User of the situation, including receipt of a copy of the notice if requested.
- In the case of first-time offenders, the alleged infringing material will be removed, unless a counternotice is provided by the alleged infringer.
- To the extent possible, repeat offenders will be removed permanently from the system.
The User may supply a counternotice signed by the User which must include the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access is being blocked;
- Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that each search result, message, or other item of content identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled, or that the material identified by the complainant has been removed or disabled at the URL identified and will no longer be shown."
- A complete listing of the User's contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address), and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court.
- A consent to jurisdiction in Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Eastern District of Virginia, if your address is outside of the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under an agent of such person. If this counternotice is received by the entourageedge.com Copyright Agent, a copy of the counternotice will be sent to the original complaining party.
- The User's material and access will be restored in 10 to 14 days unless the entourageedge.com Copyright Agent is informed by the original complaining party that a lawsuit has been filed over the infringing material.
